1. General Provisions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck444org platform and all its services. By visiting, registering with, or using the ck444org website (https://ck444org.cam), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

ck444org is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between ck444org and you.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register with ck444org and use its services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above. ck444org reserves the right to verify your age at any time, and if verification fails, your account will be suspended or closed.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
  • Register with a valid and active email address.
  • Create a strong password and keep it confidential.
  • Register under your own identity — registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited.

2.3 One Person One Account

Each person may operate only one ck444org account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person or family members from the same device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and deposited funds forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck444org may request official documents to verify your identity at any time, such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued ID. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Protecting Your Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your ck444org login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ck444org support team immediately and change your password. ck444org will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a failure to report in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

4. Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ck444org is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name — sending funds to a third-party account is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held for review if a transaction appears unusual or suspicious.
  • If fraudulent activity is proven, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account closed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ck444org does not currently support transactions in any other currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus for a total of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
  • If bonus abuse or any attempt to use bonuses fraudulently is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • ck444org reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Each offer applies once per user.

5.4 VIP Program

The ck444org VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Reaching higher tiers unlocks benefits ranging from weekly cashback to exclusive perks. ck444org's decision on VIP tier changes is final.

6. Gaming Rules and Security

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on ck444org are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure impartial and fair outcomes. If there is evidence of manipulation or dishonesty in any game result, ck444org reserves the right to void the bets for that round.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server issues, connection loss, or software errors, ck444org reserves the right to make a final decision regarding that round. Affected players can contact the 24/7 live chat to seek resolution.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set separately for each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game lobby. ck444org reserves the right to adjust betting limits as needed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck444org:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering with false or misleading information.
  • Manipulating the system to dishonestly claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
  • Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
  • Colluding with other players.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an advantage.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to ck444org systems.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, ck444org reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck444org platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck444org. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content commercially without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Game content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe) is subject to their respective intellectual property policies.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining funds before the account is closed, however bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure by ck444org

ck444org reserves the right to suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Participation in prohibited activities.
  • Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck444org is not liable for:

  • Loss caused by internet connection interruptions or disruptions to third-party services.

  • Interruptions to games or services due to unforeseen technical issues.

ck444org always strives to maintain a safe and reliable environment, however in the event of any loss, ck444org's potential liability will be limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.
